Carpet Cleaning: Please pick up all items off the carpet. We go around dressers, beds and all large items. (Our work is so back breaking we limit ourselves on what we move.) Also, please vacuum beforehand. It makes our process more effective.
Air Duct Cleaning: Please pull out any furniture that is blocking any vents or returns. We need enough room to either sit next to the vent/return or to place a ladder below overhead vents.
Flood Restoration: Please remove all furniture and items off of the wet carpet or flooded areas.
Carpet Stretching: All furniture and items need to be removed.
Carpet Patch: Original matching carpet needs to be provided. We can pull carpet from a closet if needed.
Area Rug Cleaning: Please have rug visible for inspection and the technicians will roll up rug(s) and take them back to our warehouse.
Upholstery/ Sofa Cleaning: If items are soiled with pet hair, debris or any obstruction of the fabric this will need to be vacuumed prior to cleaning. Our cleaning process is a wet cleaning and not effective in removing pet hair without the pre vacuum.
Tile and Grout Cleaning: All items on the floor need to be removed, please.
Garage Cleaning: All items on the floor need to be removed, sweep all areas please.
Cement Cleaning: All items on the floor need to be removed, sweep all areas please.
Cabinet Refacing: For installation all items need to be out of the cabinets and off of the countertops, please. The entire kitchen area, as well as service paths to the front door/garage, will need to be cleared. Most jobs will be completed ~1 week.
